First week of my HIIT MAX 36 challenge complete. I am down 1.6lbs which is great. I have done well with the workouts and the meal plan. A couple of slips but I feel my abs! So great. On to Week 2 of this challenge!

Started a new workout program on Monday.
HIIT challenge36 which is a 36 day challenge of doing HIIT workouts 5 days a week and alternating a 2-1 low carb/high carb meal plan. Feeling my core muscles...oh yeah! I will put in a couple of days of weight training as well. Challenge ends in 30 days from today...Doing it!
