Started a new workout program on Monday.
HIIT challenge36 which is a 36 day challenge of doing HIIT workouts 5 days a week and alternating a 2-1 low carb/high carb meal plan.  Feeling my core muscles...oh yeah! I will put in a couple of days of weight training as well. Challenge ends in 30 days from today...Doing it!
