Day 7 Super Bowl Sunday

And so my blog now brings me to Day 7 of my 150 days to Fitness and to the ultimate party day of the year, Superbowl Sunday. Snack foods, alcohol beverages and partying with festive people. My plan is in motion today. I got a weight training workout and I am eating well. I had a couple of eggs in the morning and a salad for lunch. I am going to get through this day and still have fun. Superbowl Sunday is all about spending time with friends and watching the game. It is not about what I put in my mouth so I have the proper mindset to go into this day. This will be a GREAT DAY.
